Educate

Your tenants should be aware of the harmful effects of fats, oils, greases, and other chemicals that may be on the rooftop. Our team of experts is here to help educate you on the potential hazards and how to avoid them. Once educated, we will collect details of your rooftop.

Rooftop Survey

Whether done by one of your team members or one of our professionally trained technicians, we will need to collect a survey of your roof. Please collect photos of your roof and return your survey to us for review. Once you have collected the necessary details, please send us your survey and we will take it from there.

Our Solution

Our experts will implement our solution on your rooftop. As the property manager, you will receive the proposal and will need to make sure each tenant is on board with the proposed plan. Once the proposal is accepted we will install our grease containment system. We will then discuss our maintenance plan with you.
